Did yet another 30 push ups.
Tomorrow I’m going to wake up and maybe run! I want to sweat tomorrow. Come back, do some yoga exercises and shower. Going out to dinner with the family tomorrow. Going to probably get a chicken salad or something of that nature. (:

I just did 50 sit ups and a few yoga...
Drank some water and told myself as I looked in the mirror. “Your stomach is going to be skinnier. You’re going to prove them wrong.”

Today I had a break down.
I will not give up on my wishes. I will fight until I see results, and I will go to the end. Until I reach my goal.
